BackerOnline sells digital promotion services, not physical products. No physical item will be shipped, and no carrier tracking number will be issued.

Digital service delivery

• After checkout, send your campaign URL, launch status, product category, target promotion window, and campaign creative assets.
• BackerOnline reviews campaign fit, timing, and required creative assets within 24 hours.
• Once approved, your selected placement is scheduled based on the purchased package and your campaign launch window.

What delivery can include

• BackerOnline website listing
• Regular, top, or dedicated newsletter placement depending on the package
• Homepage carousel exposure when included in the package

Creator responsibility

Please provide accurate campaign links, usable images, and a clear campaign pitch. If required materials are missing, delivery may be delayed until the materials are received.
