Refund policy

We offer a refund policy for our promotional packages (Starter $199, Pro $499, Ultimate $799) to ensure your campaign meets expectations.

Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your campaign must conclude with pledges below the package cost (e.g., less than $499 for Pro). Results are tracked via your Kickstarter/Indiegogo dashboard using our unique “BackerOnline” link. Refunds cover the difference between the package cost and total pledges (e.g., $499 Pro package with $200 pledges = $299 refund).

Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at Collab@backeronline.com after your campaign ends. We’ll review the dashboard data and notify you of approval within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, reach out to us at Collab@backeronline.com.

Performance Guarantee
We guarantee a minimum 3X ROAS. If not achieved, we offer 1-3 free re-promotions until met. If results still fall short of the package cost, the refund policy applies.

Exceptions
Refunds are not available for campaigns entering Late Pledge phases unless explicitly agreed. Commission-based collaborations are ineligible for refunds, as payments are post-campaign.
